The Cass County Council on Aging is an independent 501c3 non-profit organization. Although we are not a division of Area Five, the Downtown Senior Center does serve as an Area Five Senior Nutrition Site. We serve a nutritious lunch in our dining room Monday through Friday, from 11:30-12:30. The lunches are prepared and delivered to us by Area Five. Lunches must be pre-ordered two days ahead. The February menu is posted below.

PLEASE NOTE:

January 19, 2024 was the last day of operations at the Downtown Senior Center. The decision to close was based entirely on a lack of funding. It is simply not possible for us to continue to offer services for free, when we incur costs for doing so. This was not an easy decision to make.

Friday February 16, 2024 is the last day we will serve the Area Five lunch. To register for meals at the Area Five site on Smith Street in Logansport, call 574-722-4451.
